We save money by not advertising on television or the radio. Advertising on television and the radio can cost thousands of dollars, which is then passed on to the consumer.
We have been operating for over 20 years from referral based customers. Our Employees do not receive commissions. Most handyman contractor or carpet cleaning companies pay their employees commission. This
commission usually ranges from 15-20% depending on the profit. We believe commission encourages handyman contractors to inflate
the price for the same work. -You decide.
*If the job requires a second handyman technician the rate is $10/hour in addition to the first handyman technician rate of $55/hour. All incurred expenses such as materials are not included in the hourly rate. Quarter hour rates available only after the second hour (ex. 2 hours($110) & 45 minutes($41.25)= $151.25) Specialty Equipment($75), Specialty Blades($25), and materials provided by the handyman contractor are additional charges.
